COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) — Norway has reached an settlement with the Sami folks, ending an almost three-year dispute over Europe’s largest onshore wind farm and the Indigenous proper to lift reindeer. Below the settlement, the partially state-owned farm’s 151 generators keep in operation. The settlement consists of compensation for the Sami, together with a share of power produced, a brand new space for winter grazing and a grant for strengthening Sami tradition.
